Music Speaks Festival kicked off in the Summer of 2022 in the heart of East Harlem, also known as El Barrio and Spanish Harlem. Our mission is to offer the growing community an immersive experience in local culture. We introduced 6 local bands in 2022, and by 2024, we’ve grown to feature more than a dozen amazing acts! Our reach has extended around the globe with the help of viral social media videos, and the electrifying energy of El Barrio's community.
We proudly showcase the best local talent, offering a stage for musicians to shine and for local vendors to share their amazing products. Get ready to indulge in delicious food, groove to the rhythm of live music, and dance the night away!
